When you order with us, any delivery acceptance in any events shall constitute your unqualified acceptance of following Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Due to Australian Health & Safety Laws and the personal nature of our products, refunds/exchanges are only applicable to faulty goods. As for the hair extensions being classified as human products, the Health Department regulations restrict us from accepting returns of potentially tried/used hair extensions.
Delivery damaged – Please understand that we will not offer refund if the extensions have been damaged or lost during the delivery process. We are not able to provide tracking number for standard delivery in Australia or international air mail. Hence, we highly recommend our customers, especially international buyers, to use express delivery which provides tracking numbers with faster service or the pack and track service allowing to track. We are more than happy to assist our customers to track the parcels but this is possible only if express delivery is used.
Wholesale purchase – DG do not issue refunds on bulk wholesale purchases. We highly recommend trialling our extension products in advance for sure. Much welcome to visit our shop and we are always willing to assist for any enquiries or specific requirements.
Return parcel – We do not accept unauthorised returns of our product. If a product is returned to us without company consent, the customer will not receive a refund. We are more than happy to send the unauthorised returns back to the customer. Please note that we will not cover any return postage cost.
Faulty purchase – Please be aware of that all purchases are final. ADG will not issue a refund if the buyer regrets making the decision to purchase but the credit is available. Please ensure you have read all the product information before committing to the purchase.
Failure of application – We will not entertain failure of application. Please ensure you have chosen a professional, experienced, well-trained hair extension specialist. They should have knowledge of how to maintain extensions after application. We will not accept returns of extensions altered or tampered in any way such as bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical hair colouring product.
The REFUND or REPLACE is only acceptable for the hair extension which lacks quality after use of our ARGAN OIL PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT and REVIEW. The postage of swapped hair would in need under the following circumstances:
- Swap the colour – if the selected colour does not match your expectation and the item received is as the same as the order, we are more than happy to exchange for you. Please note we will not cover the exchange postage cost and will not issue refund.
- Length doesn’t fit properly – if the selected length doesn’t fit you properly and the item received is as the same as the order, we are more than happy to accept the return and swap for you. Please note we will not cover the exchange postage cost and will not issue refund.
The postage of swapped hair would be free under the following circumstances:
- Received faulty products – we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience due to a defect. Please contact us, we will cover all postage costs and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned within 30 days in UNUSED CONDITION. The seal around the wefts or the tape sticked on the top of the tape extensions cannot be broken or removed. All package or free gifts must be returned.Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange extensions that had been worn, bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical hair colouring product.
